360 slim touch sensor insanity

I'm sure some of you had already encountered the issue with the touch sensor, just randomly going off, turning on or off the console, or just chiming on its own, I have already replaced the entire faceplate twice. I was wondering if there was a mod of some sort that could turn it into a switch. I want it to still look presentable, basically clicking the touch sensor itself to power on/off the console. I can do without the eject button. Any ideas are most appreciated! Thank you!
