Is this Fella Serious?

I've been doing 3D art for a bit (trying to do gamemaking), I upload my stuff to art station cause why not, and suddenly this guy is in my emails offering me $2000 for each picture I sell to him as an NFT.

What should I do here? I told him I'm not interested but then he pulled that figure out of somewhere and I'm now not sure. Those who are more experienced, should I trust this guy will give me the money and what implications are there (Does he get rights to my work?)

TLDR: Someone offers me $2000 per picture I sell him as an NFT, but I don't have the experience to know if I should/ how to trust him
