Is there a faction of humans that hates/dislike/is against the very concept of Space Marines, without being chaotic or even renegade ?

Trying to research that, but all the results that come up are always about the other way around - space marines chapters that hates or has contempt for vanilla human.
Considering there is this whole theme about "the perfect human form" in contrast with the mutants, skulls everywhere and stuff, and space marines technically being "mutants", although the imperium copes about it by saying that they are not since it is by design (let alone all the mosaic of genetic backgrounds linked to their origin planets and all the scientific operations as well as rituals they go through). Is that theme ever explored in the lore ?
