Necromunda STC device

How in all that is good do one of the houses have a fully intact STC device. Couldnt that house become like the strognest fmaily in the enitre imperium if they told the right inqusitor or hell told belsarius cawl about it. IT would compeltly change the face of the imperium and solve a good like 75% of all of their problems
