How do you work out?

Its so boring. I wish there were a sport I loved then I could have fun while getting in shape, but there isn’t. I used to play basketball but can’t anymore due to injury.

I eat healthy and walk a lot, so I’ll survive, but I’d love to feel stronger and have core strength and not have a messed up lower back.

Short of paying a fortune for a trainer to wake me up and yell at me to lift weights every morning, how the hell do people work out?
