Pornography & ADHD

Ive always had a very terrible relationship with porn. I have an addiction to it and its fucked up a ton of my relationships in the past but i cant seem to get away from it. I often struggle to perform in bed when i consume porn, and also feel a great deal of shame on top of that. Im curious on other peoples relationship with porn and how its effected their lives.
