Accutane and Prednisone

I am coming to the end of my month 3 on 80mg of accutane. I’m still having bad inflamed acne in some spots of my face so I called my dermatologist and they are going to prescribe me prednisone to help. Have any of you used this while on accutane and did it help relieve your acne? As mine is painful and just does not go away in some spots.
