Totaled or…

Party at fault ran a red. Unlicensed teenager driving their parent’s car. I was in the ER for tests, right now have hip bruising, neck pain, back pain, headache. If their insurance denies liability for the uninsured kid…man is this going to be tough.

As of today, I have statements to my insurance company and to the faulty party’s insurance as well. So far no one has gotten a statement from the party at fault since they haven’t been picking up calls or responding.

Is this totaled? Or can it be repaired..? If it is repaired should I still get a new car since airbags had been deployed?
