My gf did an attempt

We are both 18, I've been busy with my college and i have my mid sems coming around so i wasn't able to really talk to her much. We live in the same city but we have strict parents so we have to keep our relationship a secret. She didn't massage today for the whole day, i knew something was off, i just had a feeling today. I called so many times and even called her mom. Maybe calling her mom wasn't a good idea but her mom is good with me. No one picked up, and now she massaged me telling me about her attempt. She has BPD, she tried to OD from the meds and tried slit her wrist but she couldn't do it. She was in the hospital for a while. Her parents aren't around for her most of time because they work. I don't know how to approach her.. I'm trying my best to not ask anything about the attempt, I'm trying to make sure that she's alright, she says she's alright but how will i beleive that??? I'm scared that she might do something like that again... She hasn't gotten a good college yet so she's been stressed about that too, the attempt was not for that but I feel like i failed her somewhere... I want to help her, i don't want to lose her. Please help me out here.
