Is it lost?

The package is stuck since 09.09. I have written to the sellers (4 packages combined) but they all say to be patient, the package will come. I live in Hungary, the parcel is stuck in customs here, the delivery company says they only see electronic data, they don't physically have the parcel. I do not know what to do. Any ideas?
