Vine Account Closed on Christmas Eve
UPDATE: I found the likely cause. Went through my (100k plus unread emails) and found those “Thanks for reporting a review” email from Amazon Reviews. Image attached and more Details below in a comment.

Mid day, I ordered 3 Vine products off my RFY. Then, a few hours later logged in right before dinner to see what else to order and got the dreaded red box with red font statingYour Vine account has been closed for violating one or more of the Vine terms and conditions. You will still be able to view your Vine reviews and Vine order history but will no longer be able to request Vine items.
For those that are curious, This occurred yesterday on Christmas Eve. I can still review, so I submitted reviews on a couple on items I received this week. I spend time snd thought on these reviews, and it shows since I would get upvotes. As a Gold member, I last recall having ordered over 400 products since by last eval mid- late September, with 82% reviewed. I have been maintaining 70 to lower 90% reviewed. I’m up for evaluation in March. Other than Vine orders, I also :
- Checked out at Whole Foods. Most recent on 12/23 in person for a few items using the Whole Foods app linked to my Amazon
- Semi regularly make personal purchases, last being some composition books for my kid ordered 12/20 and checked out with linked Amazon CC. This non-Vine item is not reviewed. Also paid purchase on 12/15 for kids electronic toy and 12/13 for PS5 game, again checked out with linked Amazon CC and not reviewed.
I have never received any gift cards from sellers, and never adjust reviews other than to update of opinions change after continued use. Most of my items are $0 ETV, but manage to rack up some ETV by picking up some branded items especially on AFA and my RFY. I went Through 150 of my recent reviews, new ones pending and rest approved. There’s 2 products that are no longer available but those products have approved Vine reviews before disappearing.
Just wanted to share, it can happen to any of us. Of course I’m bummed out. On Christmas, too. But accepting this as just some random misstep. I’ll continue to complete my reviews on ordered item as they get delivered and hope it just randomly get reinstated. If anyone has experience here, keep me posted. And I’ll update if there are any information
