DON'T RECEIVE THE MEDICINE RECIPE AFTER TALKING TO VILLAGERS

Yes, that the problems I struggle with.

I talk to 2 villagers, this is the first time I got problem with this cause I reset my island 3 times. 2 of them talk about my face and medicine but doesn't give me the recipe or the medicine. My face still look bad, I got stung 2 more times, but this time I talk to them, they don't reaction anymore. I can still buy the medicine but there no recipe I can't buy.
