Should I age up my dragon?

I've been planning to age up my dragon (in the picture) ever since I first got it, but now I'm not totally sure about it because I kind of like the small version (and I don't know how to wish to be able to see it grown up). If anyone knows, where do you go to wish? Lmk what you guys think, because I have no clue
