Pls help

For some reason, the game wont let me redeem codes, and the email verification window pops up. The thing is my account is already verified (ive had it since 2018 or earlier so it would be deleted by now if i had it unverified).

When i tap on send email it just wont send anything 😭 i rlly want the ground hog pet, but i just cant find a way to fix this. Sb help pls
