Looking for Constructive Criticism- How to better my tank :)

Hey guys! I currently have a 20 gallon with 6 Buenos Aires tetras and 12 ember tetras that’s been up and running for about 3 months now. Everyone has been getting along great with the exception of a short period of time where one Buenos Aires Tetra was fun nipping. However, after some feeding adjustments, that has now been resolved. I know this tank isn’t as professional or beautiful as a lot of the tanks are on here but I enjoy it! Mainly, I’m looking for advice on how to improve the tank. Is it big enough? Do you have any aquascaping recommendations? Any plants that you know of that the Buenos Aires tetras won’t destroy? (Currently, I only have fake plants bc I was told they would eat them all.) Just looking to make my fish happier! Thank you in advance!
