I'm an artist who mostly uses Procreate on iPad and I want to move to PC. What do you think is the best program I should transition to? (read desc)

Mostly, my artstyle revolves around comic-ish styles, to cartoons, to anime. I put lots of textures and and I love using layer blending modes. I've encountered a wall when I was starting doing big commissions like posters where in my iPad is having a hard time handling the amount of layers on the project. I tried my best sizing down my layers and flattening down layers, but sometimes I need more than it can handle so now I decided to transition to a windows PC and use my huion tab to do bigger projects and sometime in the future I would like to use it more than my ipad and create bigger projects.

My main choices at the moment are:-

-Photoshop

-Krita

Is there anyone here who explored different programs that could help me choose? If there are other programs that you suggest, I would love a recommendation. Ty in advance!
