Perpetually never feeling alright

Kind of a vague symptom but I have a very hard time being able to feel alright and relax, and feel like that perpetually. It's like being thirsty but water doesn't quench thirst. Has made it hard to hold a job and just get through life. 32 year old male 180 pounds white, live in Nebraska. Take 7.5 mg mirtazapine and a few supplements like magnesium and a multivitamin. People say just get on psych meds but they don't seem to help. Don't recall that I was always like this but when I was 21 I had an orbital blowout that was fixed with nylon mesh, a titanium mesh and plate, and 6 screws, which I still have. I have wondered if that has impacted my symptoms but getting it out could lead to problems like double vision so not without risk. I did also feel like my skin got less oily after the surgery, which maybe is not a good sign if my body changed somehow. Also how I feel is very vague and difficult to describe so if there was some way to measure that or whatever I could use some insight. If you have any questions please ask I appreciate the insights and hope it can help somehow
