Is this a medical emergency?

Okay, so this feels like it might break the rule, so feel free to take it down if it does. I just don't know if i should wait it out until a prescription gets filler, or if it's an emergency that it isn't.

I (f25 280lbs) have been diagnosed with ptsd and am on a host of medications to deal with that (citalapram, welbutrin, adderall for adhd). One of those medications is hydroxyzine, which my doctor practiced for use as needed dealing with intense anxiety and panic attacks. However, I basically always needed it, so I've been taking it steadily for over a year now.

I recently ran out about 1-2 weeks before I needed to call in my other prescriptions, and figured I would just wait so I could call them all in at the same time. It's been over a week now (can't remember how long) since I took them.

I've been dealing with what I guess is withdraw. Plus a recent rise in ptsd triggers, but I don't know if there are more triggers because I'm more sensitive, or I just happened to run into them more this week. Regardless, I haven't really slept properly in over a week now. I have really intense depression (which doesn't seem to make sense since that's not what Hydroxizine is for to my knowledge) and I cannot relax. Can't eat very much. Um... I'm sure more stuff has gone on. It's just only been in the last few days I realized it might be medical. Though also, it could just be increased normal stress. I am in the US after all, and arguably following the news too much.

I did call in my prescription, but my doctor's office is slow. I've just been planning to wait, but I have 1) lost work over all the mental health stuff, and 2) been unsure if it's emergency enough to bother with treating it like an emergency when the prescription will probably be filled before the end of the week anyway.

Thanks in advance for advice.
