How do you guys feel about energetic women?

How would you guys (mainly those in their 30s or early 40s) feel about a girl who's the opposite of Netflix and chill?

Someone who wants to either do something action-ish (E.G. battle games, practice archery, go walking, etc.) or something thought provoking (E.G. creative writing, video games, deep conversations, etc.) and didn't want to do more traditional, sitting around stuff?

(Edit: Not sure that I explained this very well. What I mean is, I tend to avoid most "hang out" activities in favor or things that involve a lot of thought, effort, or action. For instance, I wouldn't enjoy dinner and a movie.)
