Trump suggests the United States take ownership of the Gaza Strip, what are your first thoughts?

It was directly suggested as a resort destination project, that most Palestinians would be sent elsewhere, and that he’d use troops if necessary. I recall him saying something during the election about how quickly he’d fix the Middle East problem but this way of doing it seems outrageous. I can’t see this going over well at all.
