Really bad luck

We must traded in our '20 X7 for this on 2/29. Our previous X7 was our "problem child." I've written about it before that I considered selling it before I made the first payment. It spent 3-4 weeks in the shop during it's first 2-3 months. I was happy when I saw this and I could get rid of the problem.

Fast forward to today. We've had a check engine light on and took it to the shop to have it looked at before out big trip next week (~2000 miles in 10 days). At first they thought it was a bad sensor. They replaced it, not fixed, find out, it's a cracked intake manifold! <1000 miles!

Our dealer is trying to make it right. They gave us the keys to a brand new X7 to borrow, knowing were going to put a ton of miles on it. I'm considering asking the GM to unwind the sale. We're so NOT impressed with the X7 line.
