Did the scouting America not actually change their name? (Legally)

I know yesterday the organization officially changed their name but I noticed that the Instagram still has the username of boyscoutsofamerica and it’s still comes up as that when you search it up on Google or safari. An adult told me that they can’t legally officially change their name on all documents until Congress votes on it. Is that true?
