Without spoilers,can you romance a dragonborn/orc/lizardman?

I'm thinking about picking up the game and was pretty disappointed to see that all the companions are fairly human. Not even a dwarf or orc. I wanted to know if it possible to romance other NPCs and in particularly dragonborn/lizardmen/orc ones?
