Party size

So i see all these YouTube videos, and all these guys with like clan tier 1 have a party cap of like 200 troops, they all start doing tournaments when they first started, do tournaments increase party cap? Or how? I've got about 15 ours in and I've got a party size cap of abt 70 but how do I increase? Preferably without joining a kingdom, cause my goal is to own the whole map under my own kingdom/clan
