Does it get worse then this panel? (CW & Spoilers)

Hey y'all. I was very excited to begin this cult classic, and have generally been loving it. I thought I had a nice strong stomach for the general grim-dark, super-violent, SA- heavy content. However this panel really got me. For context these are CHILDREN transformed into bee-elf monsters.

Basically my question is, is this as bad as it gets? Should I keep reading? I've really enjoyed this comic in other aspects so far and was quite invested in the story up to now. I've seen the R-Horse panels, I think I can handle that but somehow children sodomizing themselves to death in front of other children finally got to me.

Non-judgmental advice would be appreciated.
