just binged ðŸ˜
so basically RIGHT AFTER DINNER I planned to only have several almond thins as a snack cuz my sis opened them. I had four of those. Then I started spiralling my mindset to let’s just binge then. I ate like those 10-12 butter cookies, x3 Chinese pineapple small cakes, 2 piece of white bread, like 4-5 pieces of chocolate coins, and a 1/8 of a lotus seed paste bun that’s been in the fridge for a week and one cheese magic flakes pack😠I was literally eating everything I could see. I can’t even go a week without binging. I would literally look at other ppl binges to make myself feel better. I’m 14 and I can’t even control my eating habits.
context: I have been on a weight loss journey and already lost 30lbs and I’m a few lbs till my goal weight and can’t reach it cuz of my stupid frickin binging.
What should I do I feel so ashamed
