Is Tsurugi neurodivergent?

I know a lot of characters' quirks are typical anime nonsense but Tsurugi really sticks out to me. One moment she's completely lucid and the next she's incoherent and frothing at the mouth. She also seems to get nervous around people easily (her live2D date story, not wanting to be in the track race thing, and I think the Christmas party), but that could just be a personality thing.

I don't wanna jump the gun and say "oh she definitely has autism" (or whatever other thing) so I'm interested in hearing what others think. I can't think of what exactly her condition would be, but it would be even stranger to me if she was just like that for no reason.

(Note I am neurodivergent myself and love Tsurugi, this is not coming from a place of not liking her.)
