I do not know what to have for breakfast.

Hello, I’m currently unsure as to what to have for breakfast that will be good for my health and also tasty. Currently, my breakfast looks pretty much like a dessert and I want to change that. Here are the problems though:

  • I am probably the pickiest eater to ever exist and will not eat anything mushy
  • I don’t have a blender or protein powder
  • I can’t consume lactose right now
  • It needs to be a quick breakfast

I have absolutely no idea what to do, my current breakfast is starting to taste bad and I am completely sure that it isn’t good for me in any way. Please help if possible, anything is appreciated.
