page doesnt fit to mobile version

sorry for so many posts, usually i just google my problems and find an answer but i cant seem to find one on this.

so when i go to a page that came with at start up, like index, it shows up fine and adjusts to mobile size when i click "responsive" but when its with one of the pages ive added it wont adjust to the mobile size.

examples of how it looks when it works and when it doesnt.
