Is 5000 Calories a day too much?
I am a 16-year-old male, weighing 132 pounds and standing 6’1” tall. I want to reach 176 pounds and plan to start going to the gym once I have enough fat mass. Over the past week, I’ve been eating 5,000 calories a day. Is this too much? Before that, I was eating 2,500 calories a day but remained very skinny. So, is 5,000 calories too much?
