W6D3 - ran for 30 mins

I was supposed to run for 22 mins but I felt quite good and decided to run some more. Managed to run for 30 mins + 5 mins warm-up walk at the beginning. I could probably keep going but decided to take it easy and rest a bit. I'm so proud of myself for doing this and so happy to have taken on this fitness journey :D My question is - should I stick to the plan and do week 7 or skip it and do some more 30 min runs?
