w3 to w4

how did you all feel going from week 3-4. it seems like the intensity goes up the most! you go from running 9 minutes with a 90s 3m split to running 16 minutes with a 3m 5m split!

I'm curious because I just finished w3d2 and I'm barely just barely making 3 minutes today. I know I won't be able to do 5 minutes in a couple days lol
