New Cat Mixing Advice

I got a new cat recently and she is a small girl cat who is not spayed yet. I have two older male cats that are fixed and are both submissive cats. I introduced them in different rooms at first and after awhile let her out to mix, but she has been chasing them out of the common areas. They have been hiding in my room most the time to avoid her. How can I get them to get along better? I can’t have them being stuck to one room out of fear. Any advice would be great
