How to stop your feet from hurting
I'm currently in culinary school and my hope is to become a cheff but everytime I'm in the kitchen my feet start to really hurt after afew hours and I don't know how to fix that. Can anyone tell me how I can help this. For some context I am a bit overweight so I think maybe if I lose some weight then I it will be less stress on my feet but anything other advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
