Anyone have any experience with renting from The Hignell Company?

Hey everyone, I have been house hunting in Chico, and I found what seems to be a great house to rent. However I have been reading a lot of terrible reviews of this management company, and would like to know if any of you have personal experience with them?

Were they really strict about their application requirements (co signer needing to earn 6 times the monthly rent) etc.?
