Dead insect found under Lisbon Tree

Not very clear insect but curious to know what it is. I found it under a lemon leaf the day after I sprayed with Neem oil to combat a few mealy bugs. Here are two photos of the insect with a pen as a point of reference on the size as well as a picture of the tree and leafs. Thank you.
