Memory foam pillows

Ok listen… I’ve read every post and article telling me NOT to machine wash or dry my memory foam pillow. I’m not here for that advice. I need advice from people that did it anyways. What was the outcome of machine washing and machine drying your memory foam pillows? A setting that isn’t damaging? Help pls because I really don’t want to be hand squeezing my pillows for days after washing them in the tub 😭
