Internet drops every night at midnight. Zip Code 19507

For over the past 2 years, the internet at zip code 19507 drops at almost exactly midnight and then becomes extreamly spotty and high latency until about 6am. Happens at my house and a few of my friends houses, so this isn't just 1 residence.
