Hexclad vs OurPlace vs ?

Looking to move on from my Scoville NeverStick Pro cookware given the dangers of microplastics

Scoville state the below but I’m unsure as to the long term safety?

This has lead me to research brands to buy, main cooking is on the wok/frying pans. I use the low calorie spray oils so sceptical on stainless steel given you’ll have to use liquid oil to prevent sticking

What do you recommend out of HexClad vs OurPlace or any other brands?
