Solasta vs tabletop

I read a lot about the caster-martial disparity. However, currently I play with tactician fighter (=battle master) with cleave feat (GWM) and overwatch (=sentinel) in Solasta, and I don't feel he would be underpowered in any way. Is this different in tabletop? It could be. I barely played tabletop 5E.

A paladin might be even stronger with these feats, I don't know.
