Can I "confess" to a murder?

So I have a lotta vassals who are basically lowering their taxes and levies and enforcing council rights on me because they have a strong hook on me for me murdering someone. Does anyone know if it is possible to "confess" to a murder I committed to get rid of these dang hooks this way (CKIII btw)?
