Neutering
Hi all! My boy is going to be getting neutered here soon. I feel bad to put him through it, but we’re hoping it will help to stop his marking and his territorialness. He’s not mean but when he sees a dog that he doesn’t know over yonder he goes ape over it. Overall, just hoping for him to get calmer and act better.
Just looking for advice, your experience, do you regret it or are you glad you did it?
I feel like there’s a lot of stigma around not neutering them as people see it as being irresponsible as they can go and get other dogs pregnant. But we don’t let him around dogs that aren’t spayed and that we don’t know. Main thing is if he didn’t keep marking I don’t think I’d bother to neuter him in my opinion. But I want to hear everyone else’s! Thanks🫶
