How did you create your strategy?

So.. yeah, basically the title. How did you create your strategy?

You started based off someones strategy and adapted it to suit your style and align with things you have studied?

You studied price action and after lots of hours staring at charts you found a pattern?

I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed right now. Don't know where to start
