All bosses killed but not exotic mote?

I have recently spent ages grinding the khvostov quest to get all motes and killed all the bosses. Dont really know what to do now because the exotic mote isnt dropping from the bosses. i still have all 16 motes too, it didnt get rid of them all like it has been doing.
