Are all successful people from Brac, Nsu etc?

Almost all people I see successfull ceo and directors are from Brac, Nsu or top private unis. Why is that? In my personal opinion I think the study resource is same no matter the unis.

I study in National Uni because of financial issues and it got me wondering If I am ever going to be successful because I don't study in these unis.
