Is Dogmight Games closing, or were they hacked?

I have an order for a custom DM screen in progress from Dogmight Games, and I just went to their website and it claims that they are closing permanently. Does anyone have any information on this? Were they hacked, or is this legit? It seems incredibly abrupt as they were just posting new merchandise not a day ago.

EDIT: They are indeed closing and apparently bankrupt.

SECOND EDIT: I received this email response from the CBO of their company concerning my order:

"Thanks for the support for our little company. Our accounts are frozen and we cannot process refunds. I would advise working with your credit card company for a charge back. I am terribly sorry for all this. We really tried our best."

THIRD EDIT: Another customer just received this email, which was posted on the Dogmight Discord:

"Thanks for the kind words and for the support over the years. There will be no other sales moving forward. We laid off the entire staff yesterday and are working with legal on foreclosure. We cannot ship anything as our UPS accounts are frozen. It was a real pleasure working with you. I am sorry we let you down. Please, pursue a chargeback with your credit card company."
