Make more/better sets purchasable by shards

There are a few decent sets available for purchase via shards. But we need more. When is the last time valve added more sets?

They should add more expensive ones too. Right now the most for a set there is 150,000. They should make sets for 300,000 or more that the cosmetics clearly are worth it.
