Entering Leyndell + region recommandation

I was on my home to Leyndell and saw the double Tree Sentinel, lured and fought one 10 times and decided to go fight the one at the game beginning to see if theres a difference... killed him 1st try.

What level is recommended for the two at Leyndell (and the region in general) ? I traveled Limgrave and Liurna for the moment and I'm hesitating about doing Ranni's quest or Caelid
