How to: Successfully parent teacher conferences

I’m looking tips for running successful one on one parent teacher conferences in intermediate grades. What are things that I should be bringing up to the parents/ have prepared. This is my first time in an intermediate class, and I’m wondering how to run this smoothly while also hitting on everything a parent might want to know!
