[5 YoE] Software engineer struggling to get callbacks with this resume. Please suggest what can I improve ?

I am currently unhappily employed at Company1. I have worked here for 4 years and I am looking to switch due to various reasons.
- Tell us about your job-hunting situation and challenges you've encountered
It's difficult to find good remote jobs that are hiring in my time zone. The ones I have applied to so far have either not responded in over a week or they have rejected me. None of them give a reason why ? :(

I want to see if there are things I can improve on my resume to improve callback rate from the current number of 0%.

No, although I'd be open to relocating if the company sponsors VISA.
